Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where the Operator identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using the same identity, payment method, IP address, device, or household — all accounts may be suspended and any associated balances forfeited.
Employees, contractors, and close associates of the Operator and its affiliated technology or payment partners are not permitted to hold Member Accounts or participate in Platform gaming activities.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must update this information promptly if it changes. The Operator is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by Members.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. The Operator will treat all activity conducted under your Account as being authorised by you, unless you notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

The Operator operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Members will be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and, where applicable, documentation relating to their payment methods before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification may also be initiated at the Operator's discretion at any time during the membership lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC to the Operator's satisfaction may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
Members may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closures for responsible gambling purposes are processed immediately and irreversibly for the chosen exclusion period. General account closure requests where there is a remaining Balance will be processed following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of funds and potential account suspension. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated. Deposits are credited to the Member's Account balance following confirmation from the relevant payment processor.
Withdrawals are available to verified Members with a cleared Account Balance. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during operational hours. The Operator reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. The Operator reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day, which will be communicated to Members in the Account area or upon request.
All Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted and converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain. No guarantees are made regarding exchange rates and Members bear all associated currency conversion risk.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal through a payment provider or bank after funds have been used for wagering constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet caps, game contribution rates, expiry windows, and maximum cashout limits. These specific terms are displayed at the point of offer and constitute an addendum to this Agreement.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15x means the bonus amount must be wagered fifteen times in total). The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the offer's specific terms. Different game types contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements — typically, slots contribute 100% and table games contribute between 10% and 20%.
While Bonus Funds are active in a Member's Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is capped at MYR 300 (or the equivalent) unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Placing bets that exceed this cap while bonus funds are active is a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies during bonus wagering periods, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to generate bonus-related play, or any strategy intended to exploit the mathematical structure of a promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds that are not fully wagered within 30 days of credit will expire and be removed from the Member's Account. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings cannot be reinstated.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or wager, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Member's Account. The Operator's decision in such matters is final. Bets voided due to technical error do not constitute a loss for responsible gambling purposes.
All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of real casino equipment operated under controlled studio conditions. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Claims of unfair outcomes that cannot be supported by technical evidence will not be upheld.
Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body for each sport or competition (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, and UFC events). Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled beyond the terms stated in individual market rules will be voided and stakes returned.
Where odds, prices, or game parameters are offered as a result of manifest error or obvious system mistake, the Operator reserves the right to void any wagers placed at the erroneous price and settle at the correct price where applicable. The Operator's determination of a palpable error is final.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blacktogel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
