The number of times you must bet through your bonus amount before you can request a withdrawal. A 15x rollover on a RM100 bonus means placing a total of RM1,500 in bets before the restriction lifts. Higher rollover = harder to clear.

Example: RM50 bonus with 20x rollover = you must wager RM1,000 before withdrawing any bonus-derived winnings.

While you have active bonus funds, most platforms cap the maximum stake per bet — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Exceeding this limit can result in your bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. Always check this cap before playing.

Example: Max bet cap of MYR 300 — placing a RM500 bet while bonus is active risks forfeiture.

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting your wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like Blackjack or Baccarat may only contribute 10–20%. Avoid games with 0% contribution — they won't count toward clearing your bonus.

Example: RM100 bet on Blackjack (10% contribution) = RM10 counted. Same bet on a slot (100%) = RM100 counted.

All bonuses come with an expiry window — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. If you don't complete the wagering requirement within this window, both the bonus and any derived winnings are removed from your account.

A sticky bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings you generate from it can be cashed out once conditions are met. A non-sticky bonus can itself be withdrawn after wagering requirements are cleared. Most welcome bonuses are sticky — this is standard across the industry.

Some bonuses cap the total amount you can withdraw from winnings generated using that bonus, regardless of how much you win. Always check this before claiming — a RM50 free spin bonus with a RM200 max cashout means even a RM5,000 win is capped at RM200 on withdrawal.
